Important Notes Before Placing Your Order
- Customers must complete and submit their own orders using their personal contact information. No one can complete the order on behalf of the customer.
- Existing TELUS, Koodo, and Public Mobile customers are not eligible to apply through ACN.
- New customers will be required to complete a credit check. Please have your ID ready – Canadian Drivers License, Social Insurance Number, or Canadian credit card. Any other forms of ID used during a credit check will be deemed unacceptable.
- Ensure your billing and shipping addresses (when purchasing a new mobile device) match the address on your Acceptable Proof of Address documents. PO Boxes are not accepted.
- For Bring Your Own Device orders, confirm your device is unlocked.
- When transferring an existing phone number from another provider, please ensure that your mobile account is in good standing (with no outstanding balance) to be eligible to transfer to TELUS.
- The time it takes to place your order may take a minimum of 30 minutes, which may be extended based on the complexity of your order.
